Track-Daze is a directory and information platform for motorcycle and automotive track day events across North America. We aggregate publicly available information about tracks, events, and organizers to help riders plan track day activities.

3. Event Information Disclaimer

Track-Daze provides event information as a convenience. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that event dates, pricing, availability, or other details are current or correct. Always verify event details directly with the organizer before making travel plans or purchases.

Track-Daze is not an event organizer, ticket seller, or registration platform. We are an information directory. Event registration, payment, and participation are entirely between you and the event organizer.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access features such as favorites and reviews. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content to Track-Daze, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or defamatory
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening
• In violation of any applicable law
• Spam, advertising, or promotional material unrelated to track day experiences

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Assumption of Risk

Motorsport activities are inherently dangerous. Track-Daze provides information about track day events but assumes no responsibility for your safety or the safety of others at any event. Participation in track day events is at your own risk. Always follow the safety guidelines established by event organizers and track facilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Track-Daze is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track-Daze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on event information that proves inaccurate
• Travel expenses incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled events
• Injuries or property damage at track day events
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

8. Intellectual Property

The Track-Daze name, logo, and original content are the property of Track-Daze. Event information, organizer names, and track names belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

9. Advertising

Track-Daze may display advertisements from third-party businesses. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
