SOAR - Sport Ontario Amateur Racing

SOAR (Southern Ontario Associates of Racing) is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing motorcycle road racing organizations. It offers a fun, challenging, and exciting environment for racers to explore their skills in a family club setting. SOAR organizes motorcycle road racing events and is home to an ever-growing Endurance Series, which has become one of the largest in Canada.

The organization caters to a broad spectrum of rider skill levels. It is geared towards novice racers and track day riders, providing a clear pathway into the world of competition. At the same time, SOAR also serves expert racers, featuring some of Ontario’s most experienced and competitive participants. Each SOAR race weekend commences on Friday with a dedicated racing school, combined with a track day session and racer practice session, allowing participants to gain racing experience and connect with the community.

Operating throughout Ontario, SOAR's schedule features multiple rounds with varying track configurations. A distinctive aspect of SOAR is its focus on fostering a club environment while providing competitive racing opportunities. The organization engages racers, for example, by seeking their input on certain track configurations for upcoming rounds. SOAR also offers incentives such as reclaiming competition numbers with a free race entry for early registration, and setting the Round One grid based on registration date and time.
