About

The Alberta Mini Roadracing Association (AMRA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a safe, fun, and competitive environment for motorcycle road racing. Their core mission is to promote the sport of motorcycle road racing in Canada, emphasizing family and community participation. AMRA caters to riders of all ages and experience levels, providing a clear path of progression for members to develop their motorcycle riding and racing skills from entry-level to advanced. The organization hosts both track days, known as "Test & Tunes," and official race events.

AMRA's focus is on "Mini Roadracing," which involves racing motorcycles on paved closed-course circuits or paved lots measuring up to 1,600 meters, encompassing venues such as go-kart tracks and indoor arenas. For track days, they accommodate sport bikes under 400cc and off-road style bikes equipped with smooth tires, up to 450cc. Race days feature a diverse range of classes for various motorcycles, including Supermoto. The association supports rider development through a dedicated youth program and resources for racer skill progression.
